Judo Class Schedule:

The Kettering Rec Center Judo Club offers three seperate classes according to age.   The Cadet Class is designed for boys and girls, ages 4-6 years old and has the goal of developing gross motor skills, confidence, self-discipline and social interaction while having fun .  The Youth Class is for ages, 7 through 13 years old and the Adult and Teens Class is for ages 14 and above.   Traditional sport judo is taught, allowing students to progress in rank and prepare for competition.

The program runs year around with classes on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Note:  Prospective students with prior Judo experience may start at any time.
