Elections for the Board of Directors Ohio Judo, Inc.

It is time for Elections

We will be voting for new Officers at the Fall Meeting

The meeting will take place on Saturday, September 25th, 2010 following the Rock & Roll Judo Championships in Lodi, Ohio

The term for Office is 2 years.

You must be at least 18 years old and be a member of Ohio Judo, Inc. prior to the elections to run for a office. The duties of the Officers can be found in our By- Laws.

Votes: Each OJI Charter Club will be get a certain number of votes according to their registered members that are in their club. Each current Officer will also received 1 vote as stated in the By-Laws. Each person at the meeting can only have 1 vote. Example: If you are an Officer and have 2 votes for your club, you must have 2 members with you at the meeting from your club to get all 3 votes. Members must be at least 18 years old and hold membership in the USA Judo to vote.

We will be electing the following:

President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Director of Operations
Director of Development
Director of Law & Legislation
Director of Standards & Certification
Female Athlete Representative
Male Athlete Representative

The new elected President will then appoint the following:
Chairman of the Promotion Board
Registration Chairman
All other Committee Chairs & Committee Members
